Hello! I have a chance to put together a quick update while I’m in Quito…. I’m hopefully leaving Quito on Wednesday for Chontal - if my covid test is negative…

Just a note to say that I’ve arrived safely and quickly in Quito on Saturday evening…

We're there! A big thank you to the generous people who once again gave so much so quickly: we raised $643 after fees, which is over $143 more than the goal. With the $160 previously given, the total support for her and her family will be $803.

I'm back in Boston, and had a covid test a few days after arriving that thankfully turned out negative. So, I'm out of quarantine and beginning new steps while making the adjustment to being back here…

I've arrived in Boston to start a 14-day quarantine. Everything went very well in traveling!

Tomorrow morning, after this whole time in quarantine, I'm leaving Chontal for Quito. It's sad, and a special time, but also looking forward to next steps. As to when I'll return, we'll see how the pandemic goes and how things go for me in Boston. So it's on to Quito…
